We will e-mail you to confirm your order and keep you updated on your order status. If we have a question about your order, we may contact you by e-mail or by phone. For example, we may call you to verify your credit card information on a large purchase.

Information About Kids:
We will not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information online from children under the age of 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children.
The inventory software that we use will track the number of sets we still have in stock for all our products. If you see the "order" button beside the item cost/price you are interested in purchasing, this means that the item is in stock/available. Out of stock items will have the word "unavailable" beside their cost/price.
In order to prevent fraud, by placing an order with us, you authorize us to verify your identity through nationally published consumer database. We will use the billing and shipping addresses you provided to obtain information about you with regards to your order. We ship to the US through FEDEX Insured Ground service. If you have a PO Box billing address, we will ship the package using USPS with delivery confirmation.
Items are individually assigned appropriate shipping costs. You can choose between Ground or Priority Mail services. Shipping cost appears after you click the checkout button in your Shopping Cart & enter your zipcode where you want the item(s) shipped.
Items that weigh less than 2 pounds will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail eventhough you choose Ground shipping, except for "Used Minifigures" which will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping times in our shipment e-mail notifications are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control shipping carrier delays, weather delays and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
Order Fulfillment Policy:
All orders will be processed immediately & will be shipped within 1 business day after approval is acquired from your card company.
All orders cannot be canceled and cannot be returned or exchanged after you click the "Place Order" button.

iBrickshop.com cannot accept any returns and we cannot accept any exchanges. Please make sure that the item you are purchasing for yourself or as a gift is the right item. Once you click the "Place Order" button, your order will be processed and it cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
When you accept delivery and you experienced the following conditions:
If Product is incomplete:
If you receive a Lego set with missing piece(s), simply e-mail us & will be provide you with the manufacturer"s toll-free number. Lego production checks are rigorous. They even weigh the boxes electronically before they"re shipped to check that there"s nothing missing. However, from time to time one or two pieces can be missing from a set. Lego will be happy to replace them immediately at no extra cost to you. Please be ready to supply Lego with a description of the missing piece(s).
If Shipping Box is damaged:
For FedEx: If the shipping box is damaged when you received it, please call FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-463-3339 to request a damage call tag. Follow their instructions on how to file a damage claim report.
If Product is not the same as what is in the order form:
From time to time, our packing department might make a mistake in packing the item(s) you ordered. If the item(s) you received doesn"t match the order form, simply follow the instructions below.
All refused items or package returned to us because signature cannot be obtained after delivery attempts, or the package is unclaimed will be subject to 15% restocking fee of the item price. Shipping cost incurred by us to ship the item to you cannot be refunded.
If Product is not the same as what is in the order form, please follow this instruction:
1. E-mail us and include your Order Number and the incorrect item you received.
2. We will verify our inventory and mail you the correct item together with a prepaid shipping box.
3. Once you receive the correct item, place the incorrect item in its unopened/original condition inside the prepaid shipping box and include the packing materials in the original package.
4. Drop the prepaid shipping box at a Post Office or FedEx Office Staff location in your town (whichever is applicable to the prepaid shipping box sent to you).
