|Placing An Order Policy:|
Browse through our products and E-mail us with a list the item(s) you want to order. Please include the following in your email:
1. Model Number(s)
2. Item Description(s)
4. Your Shipping Address
5. Your Telephone Number **
6. Payment Method You Will Be Using (See below).
Please note: If you see the "order" button beside the item cost/price you are interested in purchasing, this means that the item is in stock/available. Out of stock items will have the word "unavailable" beside their cost/price.
We will reply to your e-mail with the shipping cost and the total amount* of your order.
* All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
** Required when our shipping department prepare the package for shipment.
All international orders are processed via Money Order in U.S. dollars, well-concealed Cash in U.S. currency or Paypal (See below for this payment option).
Besides your payment, please include a print out of our e-mail reply with the total amount in your payment envelope.
Please note: Availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Mail your payment as soon as you can after you receive our e-mail with the total amount for your order and E-mail us to confirm that you have mailed payment. After we received your email telling us that you have mailed payment, we will hold the item for 14 business days. This will allow enough time for your payment to reach us. If payment is not received after 14 business days, we will put the item back into our inventory.
Paypal Payment Option:
Customers who prefer the Paypal Payment method must agree to pay an additional 5% (Five Percent) to cover our handling cost in processing the order. This fee will be assessed using the total amount (item cost plus shipping cost) of the order. This amount will be shown in our email reply as outlined in the Placing An Order Policy above. To avoid this additional cost, you can use other payment options indicated in our Payment Policy above.
If you choose the Paypal Payment option, please include your registered Paypal Email Address with your inquiry. We will email you a Paypal Email Payment Invoice which will include the amount due after you agree with the total cost of the item(s).
You can pay using your credit card through Paypal.
Please note: By choosing the Paypal Payment Option, you agree to indemnify iBrickshop.com from any dispute that will arise from using this payment option. You will be responsible for any Currency conversion fee assessed by Paypal.
Your order will be shipped two (2) business days after your payment has been cleared by our banking institution or three (3) business days after your payment has been cleared by Paypal (if you choose the Paypal Payment Option).
We will not give any refunds or accept returns for International Orders. In the event your order is refused for any reason when international delivery is attempted, you will be responsible for additional shipping cost to have the package re-shipped to you.
Shipping cost will be quoted based on the procedure outlined in the Placing An Order Policy. We ship using United States Postal Service Insured Priority Mail International* for all international orders. Package size will be governed and limited by policies set forth by the United States Postal Service. Shipping cost quoted does not include customs fees, import taxes or duties imposed by your country.
We will e-mail you the tracking number for the package after it was shipped. Shipping times in our shipment e-mail notifications are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control shipping carrier delays, weather delays, Customs delay and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.
* Due to unreliable shipping or fraud, iBrickshop.com reserves the right to restrict shipment to any country.
Please note: Telephone number is required by the United States Postal Service when labeling the package. This will assist the mail carrier in your country to locate you in case they have any questions.
Customs Declaration Policy:
You are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes and/or duties. We declare the FULL PURCHASE PRICE (not including shipping) and MARK ITEMS 'MERCHANDISE' on the customs declaration form. By law, we are required to accurately and truthfully fill up the form. We will not accommodate request to falsify the value of the item(s) and there are no exceptions. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
We do not accept returns for all international orders. Your order will be packed securely inside a sturdy box. If you receive a Lego set with missing piece(s), please contact the manufacturer directly. Please inspect the package in front of your mail carrier. If you receive a damage box, you can file an insurance claim with your mail carrier.
